From Cooper’s Rock, I drove straight through to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, designed by IM Pei, in Cleveland, Ohio.  I arrived about an hour before sunset, so I had just enough time to rush through, and get a sense of the  building and the exhibits.  I was shocked to discover that there were no exhibits regarding one of the most iconic Rock bands of all time: Queen.  When I inquired about this, I was told that all the exhibits were donated by the artists (or their heirs), and that Queen didn’t do so.

Also of interest was the Terminal Tower, designed by Graham, Anderson, Probst & White, which was the tallest building in North America outside of New York City from its completion in 1930 until 1964.

I also like the Hilton tower, designed by Cooper Carry.

Incidentally, this was the first time I saw one of the Great Lakes from ground level.
